Hotel & Guest Houses Package
Giant can write different types of hotels from large chains to small bed and breakfast operations. We will consider everything from country house hotels with listed buildings to large modern city centre hotel chains.
Office Package
We write office packages for a wide range of professions and occupations. Larger office risks can be considered on our commercial combined product.
Retailers Package
This is designed for retail shops in a variety of trades, such as everyday high street newsagents, clothing outlets, tanning shops, hairdressers, computer stores and mobile phone outlets.
Restaurant & Public House Packages
Tailored to public houses, restaurants, hot food takeaways & chip shops. We will consider single locations and large chains of pubs, restaurants and takeaways.
Property Owners Package
We write residential and commercial portfolios and can consider everything from single locations to large industrial portfolios and unoccupied properties.
Contract Works
In 2008, we launched our new Stand-Alone Contract Works facility, underwritten on behalf of HSB Engineering Insurance Company Ltd, a member of the Munich Re Group, AA- rated (extremely strong) by Standard and Poor’s.
