Paul has been in the industry for over 20 years in a variety of underwriting, development and management roles. In 2003, he achieved ACII status and in 2006, he graduated with a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from Napier University. Paul is responsible for the company’s underwriting strategy and for product development. Following a restructure of the businesss Paul now looks after Scotland
