Claims Procedure
Claims are notified direct to us at Giant (please use any of our contact numbers) and are handled by adjusters appointed by HSB.
Insured Service & Complaints Procedure
Our aim is to provide all our customers with a first class standard of service. However, there may be occasions when you feel this objective has not been achieved. Any enquiry or complaint that you may have should in the first instance be addressed to the broker who arranged this cover for you.

HSB shall always acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and do its best to resolve it within four weeks. If the matter remains unresolved at the end of eight weeks, or you are unhappy with the response, you may have recourse to the Financial Ombudsman Service, or other dispute resolution service.
