Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC is authorised as an insurance company in the UK by the Financial Services Authority, and is permitted to transact all classes of insurance business with the exception of Life.

Great Lakes is an integral part of the Munich Re Group, founded in 1880, supporting a gross insurance premium income in excess of £1bn. Their financial strength is rated AA- (very strong) by Standard & Poor’s and A+ (Superior) by AM Best.  

Claims

Our claims facility is provided by Davies Managed Systems (DMS), a countrywide claims management company.  http://www.davies-group.com/

Complaints Procedure

Our aim is to provide all our customers with a first class standard of service. However, there may be occasions when you feel this objective has not been achieved. Any enquiry or complaint that you may have should in the first instance be addressed to the broker who arranged this cover for you.
