Claims are notified direct to us at Giant and are handled by Davies Managed Systems and Topmark Adjusters.
Davies Managed Systems (DMS) are a leading national claims management company. Their focus is on providing policyholders with a prompt, efficient and accurate service. They work with claimants at every stage of the process, from notification through to settlement.
Topmark Adjusters are professional insurance claims experts. All of its adjusters are members of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
The company launched its Centre of Excellence for Claims Management in October 2006 and acts as approved liability claims adjusters for some of the industry’s leading insurance carriers.
